But we were lucky, as when we are queuing, it’s already number 60. But we still got to wait for 45 minutes.

Siew Mai

The combination of the bouncy prawns & the smooth & delicate wrapper gives the siew mai a very good texture.

Prawn Dumpling

Har Gao (Prawn Dumpling). Nothing much special about this as I feel it’s kinda normal.

Pork Ribs

Pai Kuat (Steamed Pork Ribs). Soft & tender.

Rice Noodle Roll

Prawn Chee Cheong Fun (Prawn Rice Noodle Roll). Perhaps not the best I’ve had. It’s kinda thick & quite sticky.

Rice

Steamed rice with chicken & chinese sausage (lap cheong).

Cocktails & Shots

Top right, Mikado (Fresh pineapple, Midori, Peach Liquor, Vodka & Cranberry Juice)

As for the shots, I’ve kinda forget what are the names, but if I remember correct the far right is Around the World but don’t think I can remember the other 2.

And the little guitar shaped skewer at the far right are grilled sweet potatoes and I think is the most expensive sweet potatoes I’ve ever ate!

Hong Kong

It’s only 18th floor but the view was tremendously beautiful. A really great place to hang out with friend or have some drink with your love ones.

Cocky Bar

To be honest, it was freezing cold as it was still winter in Hong Kong and we are on the 18th floor!
